SMS and Text Messaging
We send SMS text messages for appointment-related communications only. This includes:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders to members
- Notifications to barbers when a member books or cancels an appointment
By providing your phone number to Fade Members—as a member during sign-up or as a barber/partner when your information is added—you consent to receive these SMS text messages. Message and data rates may apply. We do not use your phone number for marketing or promotional texts. You may opt out at any time by contacting us at fademembers2026@gmail.com or by having your phone number removed from our system.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. For more information, please review Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Please note: All membership payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your membership, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued. See our Terms of Service for full details.
