Fade Members is a barber CRM and booking platform. We collect information needed to run the service: for barbers and shops (name, email, phone, address, service menu); for clients who book (name, email, phone). Payment information, when used, is processed by our payment provider (Stripe).
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide the dashboard and booking experience (appointments, clients, calendar)
- Send appointment-related communications (confirmations, reminders, barber notifications)
- Process payments when applicable (Stripe)
- Improve our services
SMS and Text Messaging
We send SMS text messages for appointment-related communications only: confirmations and reminders to clients, and notifications to barbers when a client books or cancels. By providing your phone number—as a client when booking or as a barber when added to the system—you consent to receive these messages. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out by contacting fademembers2026@gmail.com or having your number removed. We do not send marketing texts.
Payment Processing
When payments are taken through the platform, they are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store full card details. See Stripe's Privacy Policy for more. Refunds and cancellations are between you and the barber or shop unless we state otherwise.
Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
