Acceptance of Terms

By using Fade Members, you agree to these terms. Fade Members is a barber CRM and online booking platform: barbers and shops use the dashboard to manage appointments, clients, and services; clients use the site to find barbers and book appointments.

Use of the Platform

Barbers and shops are responsible for their service offerings, pricing, and availability. Clients who book through the platform agree to the barber’s policies. Cancellation and refunds for appointments are between the client and the barber unless otherwise stated.

Fair Use

We reserve the right to review accounts for abuse or unusual usage and to suspend or terminate access when necessary.

SMS Text Messaging

By providing your phone number to Fade Members—whether as a client when booking or as a barber when your information is added to the system—you consent to receive SMS text messages from Fade Members for appointment-related communications only, including:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders to clients
• Notifications to barbers when a client books or cancels an appointment

Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by contacting us at fademembers2026@gmail.com or by having your phone number removed from our system. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
