Membership Agreement
By subscribing to Fade Members, you agree to these terms and conditions. Fade Members is a monthly subscription service providing unlimited haircut services.
Membership Plans
- Premium ($160/month): Unlimited haircuts + beard trims (Full Service).
- Classic ($120/month): Unlimited haircuts.
- Beard ($90/month): Unlimited beard trims and shaping.
Individual Use Only
Memberships are for individual use only and are non-transferable. Each membership is valid for one person only.
Fair Use Policy
Fade Members operates under a fair use policy. We reserve the right to review accounts for unusual usage patterns.
Add-On Services
Services not explicitly included in your membership plan may be priced separately.
Billing
Your membership will be billed monthly on the date you subscribed. All payments are processed through Stripe.
SMS Text Messaging
By providing your phone number to Fade Members—whether as a member during sign-up or as a barber/partner when your information is added to our system—you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Fade Members.
These messages are used only for appointment-related communications, including:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders sent to members
- Notifications to barbers when a member books or cancels an appointment
Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to purchase any goods or services. You may opt out at any time by contacting us at fademembers2026@gmail.com or by having your phone number removed from our system. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time from your account. When you cancel:
- Your membership remains active until the end of your current billing period.
- No prorated refunds are provided for unused days or partial months.
- No refunds will be issued for any reason after payment has been processed.
- You may continue to use all membership benefits until your billing period ends.
After your billing period ends, your membership will become inactive and you will no longer have access to membership benefits.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
